We reach God's world both locally and globally. One way we support mission efforts globally is by our presence, prayers, and financial aid in Honduras. One way we support mission efforts locally is through Care Connections, a place where members of our church and community can receive counseling, support groups, and more.
Care Connections is a ministry of St. John’s Lutheran Church that reaches out to the community with the love of Jesus Christ. They work alongside of Christian partner organizations to increase the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our neighbors in Jefferson County by linking people with needs to services that address those needs. Care Connections offers individual and group counseling services, therapy programs, and crisis intervention services. Our programs offer hope, support healing, and lead to healthy Christ-centered living.
