All are invited to a one-time GriefShare: Surviving the Holidays Support Group on Saturday, November 14 from 9-11 am at Care Connections. DivorceCare is a 13-week support group designed to help adults cope with divorce or separation. Adult classes are held every Monday (starting September 14) from 6-8 pm at Care Connections. Please visit divorcecare.org to register. Call Christy at 314.649.3251 with questions.
All women are welcome to a beginner's yoga and devotion Wednesdays from 9:30-11:30 am at Care Connections. Participants are encouraged to bring a mat, water bottle, and towel or blanket. No experience is necessary.
The ongoing, ​Parenting a Second Time Around (PASTA) support group is held on Thursdays from 9:30-11 am at Care Connections. This is a unique class tailored to help those going through the parenting journey of raising children who are not their own. It is an ideal class for anyone parenting someone else's child.
